Brief Answer:
Can you upload the ecg image for me?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

From what you are describing it looks like an ecg machine report that need to be confirmed by a cardiologist. Please keep in mind that an abnormal ecg doesn't necessarily mean that the patient suffer from a disease.

Before giving my opinion I would like to have the ecg image. Can you upload the ecg image for me?

I'm waiting for the Ecg image to be uploaded.

Ive sent you the images you requested. This girl is a friends daughter who hasnt had any past history of problems but over the past few months her heart pounds very strongly and can be felt by placing a hand on her chest. This girl has not done any physical exercise beforehand. It can happen two or three times a day or nothing for a day or two. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Her ecg is normal and you should wait for the doctor appointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing the ecg I would like to say that there's no sign on ecg for myocardial infarction. The only findings present on the ecg is a negative T wave on precordial leads V2-V3, which is a normal finding on children.

My opinion is that her ecg is normal and you should wait for the doctor appointment.

Wish her health!

Thank you for your response. What do you think then could be the cause of the strong pounding of the heart and is it worth getting an echo done?

Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

The feeling of a strong pounding beat is common in childs and you shouldn't worry about that.

However in order to clear any doubt and to relieve your concerns I strongly recommend to do the cardiac echo.

Wish you and your families health!
