Brief Answer:
I need a picture of your Ecg...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking HCM!

Based on the data you provided I can only say with certain that the Ecg has a first degree heart block (pr interval > 120ms). Before making other comments on the Ecg I need a picture of the Ecg. Can you upload it for me so I will be able to make a better judgement.

More over can you specify your questions so I will be more precise with my answers.

I'm looking forward to have the requested photo.

Brief Answer:
Normal findings in a cyclist...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I have gone through the ECG you provided and noted atrio-ventricular block of first degree. The other part is fine.

This is a normal finding in athletic patients as you (cyclist) due to increased vagal stimulation during physical activity. On the other hand, such findings increases the chances for possible atrial fibrillation, more severe atrial-ventricular blocks or cardiac (hypertension, ischemic) diseases or non-cardiac issues (renal, hypothyroidism, etc.).

I recommend annual cardiac check ups:
- Holter monitoring
- stress test
- hormonal profile testing (thyroid/kidney function tests)

If everything will result normal, can continue with cycling.

Hope it answered to your queries!
