Question: I had a full body ct scan done and it showed a 22 mm in diameter relatively high-attenuating lesion in the cervix and a low-attenuating lesion in the lateral right lobe of the liver appears to represent a small cyst can these be the start of cancer? what else can cause this?

Brief Answer:
The cervical lesion needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

The liver lesion is likely a cyst, which is benign. No further testing is probably required for it. However, the cervical lesion is suspicious. But this scan was non-contrast is not sufficient to comment any further. It could be benign causes like polyp, fibroid or even precancer or cancer. I would recommend a full gynec evaluation and then further tests as indicated, like colposcopy, transvaginal ultrasound or MRI.

Hopefully it should be benign.

Hope this helps. I will be available for further follow-up.
Regards
