Brief Answer:
Common findings in healthy people unless problems are present

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Subpleural blebs are blisters full of air found in pleura. They can be also found in healthy people especially in young patients and those smoking.

Unless you've been having problems like chest pain or lung infection and if they are small, they can be resolved on their own without giving any clinical problem.

If you have already consulted a pulmonologist and having no problem then you should not be worried unnecessarily.

With regards to the cyst in the kidney, it might be genetic (inherited). Regular checks ups during lifetime are needed for possible changes.

Hope it answered to your questions.

Brief Answer:
pulmonologist to see first....

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Ok, at this point, I highly recommend to consult with a pulmonologist first.

If everything is OK, then stomach hyperacidity issues (acid reflux, ulcer or gastritis) to rule out by gastroenterologist.

If everything is OK, then its due to muscular skeletal problems.
Take pain killer and see if it will ease the pain.

All the best.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear

Sincerely, to my opinion, I do not see anything in your ct-scan reports that is worrisome.

As you are having chest pain and heart problems are ruled out, then if I was your caring doctor, would make sure everything is OK with your lungs too.

If you do not see him//her now, you should schedule an appointment in 3 months or when you'll have a strong/unbearable chest pain.

All the best.
