Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you shared, likely treatment options which are left are mostly surgical. However it would have been more appreciable if you had shared detailed symptoms for which you had to take the CT scan because treatment may vary depending on that. If you are having obstructive sleep apnea or difficulty breathing, that will make surgery to be earliest priority. If snoring or other issues are being faced, it can wait. Simmilarly if recurrent sinus infections are what you are experiencing, before surgical options, post surgical betterment chances are to be evaluated first.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
