Brief Answer:
Kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Going by the bun to creat ratio it is possible that she is having an acute kidney injury which is most of the times visible.

Here is how you should go about it

1. get a urine routine done to look for infection
2. Get a complete blood count to check for infection and anaemia
3. make sure her blood pressure and sugars are within normal limits
4. get an ultra sound of the kidneys done to look for kidney size

getting to know reversible causes can prevent dialysis and long term chronic kidney disease so I strongly recommend that you get this done

Now about the tablet, I am not able to find out what the tablet contains. Please get back to me with the pharmacological content of the tablet

Regards
