Answered by Dr. Richa Agarwal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Repeat scan after 4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
In your reports PI index is high means high resistance in left uterine artery means there is high resistance of blood flow in left uterine artery which will further affect blood supply to placenta or foetus.
As such now your foetal parameters are normal so we can go for repeat scan after 4 weeks.
Decreased blood supply can cause IUGR,preeclampsia and preterm delivery.
You can take aspirin after consulting with your treating doctor and take rest in left lateral position to increase blood supply to placenta.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards

Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
This problem can occur due to increased thickness of blood which can be due to so many causes.
It can be due to coagulation disorder, genetic, previous abortion, high blood pressure and diabetes, hormonal changes etc.
To prevent this condition you should avoid these above mentioned conditions but sometimes the cause is not clear.
IUGR, preeclampsia, preterm delivery, oligohydraminos and misscarriage can be due to increased PI.

Yes, she can drive car but with full precautions and if possible better to avoid it.
