Brief Answer:
It is very easy to achieve within 3 weeks!

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

NORMAL LEVEL S OF THE SAID LIVER ENZYMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

AST 8 to 48 units per liter (U/L)
ALT 7 to 55 units per liter (U/L)

Therefore, I must congratulate on the improvement as both are normal for you now!

Now your blood glucose is 121 (normal 70 - 110 in most references, fasting sugar)

This is slightly increased; therefore you need to just avoid high sugar foods and underground vegetables and please take fibre rich foods and take small amount of foods in frequent intervals; do moderate free-hand exercised and try to reduce weight if you are over-weight...just repeat the test after 3 weeks..hope this will see you having normal glucose level or else revert back to me...!

regards!
