I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your blood lab tests and would explain as follows:

- Your Hemoglobin levels, Red blood count are a little low (just below the normal ranges). Your MCV levels is normal (93), which means that this low Hb is not related to low iron levels.

- The platelet count is a little low (just below the normal ranges).

All these blood work changes may be related to Enebrel, as it is known to cause such changes in the blood.

Another point, I would like to discuss about is your fasting glucose, which is low (49).
For this reason, I would recommend repeating your fasting glucose and perform a glucose tolerance test. Further tests may be needed.

Your other blood lab tests results are unremarkable.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Feel free to ask me again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
