What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?
Question: i am a diabetic since last one year. During Preventive Health check up a TMT was done which says that TMT is positive for provocable myocardial ischaemia.
ECG changes during the test : There was horizontal depression > 1 mm in leads 2 , 3 , aVF , V3-6 at peak exercise.
arryhythmia : VE's , including VE couplets.
What is the interpretation of this diagnosis.

Condisering you are diabetic , you may not have the Classic anginal pain .
However as it occurs at peak exercise , the chances that there being bad underlying disease is less.
If you have any breathlessness while you have to climb stairs or you have any chest pain , Otherwise considering your risk profile . Further investigation is suggested .
A coronary angiography and functional assessment should be the way forward .
