Brief Answer:
Due to B12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A serum B 12 level of 187pg/ml is less than normal. It will cause the symptoms like tingling, numbness and vibrating sensations in the limbs. You need to start taking methylcobalamin supplements at least 1500 micrograms daily at bed time. Do take fresh fruits and increase your fluid intake. The symptoms are likely to subside in few weeks.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
You can continue mecobalamin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Mecobalamin from Morepen is alright if it contains 1500 mcg and is taken daily. The multivitamin tablets from Amway are not recommended as these do not contain all the nutrients in therapeutic doses. You can take another multivitamin like Revital men or Health OK.
Hope my answer is helpful.
