Brief Answer:
Suggestive of UTI!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

Your results suggest that you have a UTI. Because you report no symptoms, I will suggest that you get this urinalysis controlled to rule out any human errors in collecting and storing of the sample as well as during the laboratory analysis. If these findings are confirmed, then further measures would be used like culture to see what precisely is going on with the urinary tract.

In all, the report is suggestive of UTI. Without symptoms, I will like to have a control before investigating further for possible treatment if it so warrants.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thanks for choosing to use our services this day.

If there is no human error and no UTI what else could be possibilities?

Brief Answer:
Very unlikely!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.

If this should be the case, though very unlikely, then we would be looking at a possible lesion that causes bleeding into urine. However, this is unlikely from the results because the number of red blood cells would be way more than the WBC if it were from a bleed like kidney stone, cancers, schistosomiasis, etc. This is simply not the case now.

I will suggest that we approach this in a simple and logical way. One step at a time before getting to the more demanding and complex options.

I wish you well.
