What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: The uterus measures 8.2 x 3.9 x 4.6cm with a 9mm endometrial stripe thickness. No myometrial mass. Small amount of fluid in the endometrial canal near the cervix
The right ovary measures 3.4 x 1.8 x 2.1cm and demonstrates normal follicular architecture with normal low resistance arterial flow.
The left ovary measures 4.1 x 2.2 x 3.1cm. Simple follicular cyst within the left ovary measuring 2.2 centimeters in diameter.
There is no adnexal mass. Small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac, likely physiologic.
is this normal or i have issue
The urinary bladder is partially visualized.
i have allot of pain spoting since my last born baby that born 01/14/2014

yes it is for pain and spoting the pain is severe and comfortable having sex is hard too that is why they did the ulrasound thnks

During every month the egg follicle grows and ovulation occurs.
In some months, when that does not happen, that egg follicle fails to rupture, and a follicular cyst is formed.
It resolves on its own mostly, no treatment is required.
For your symptoms, you need internal evaluation by a gynecologist, a Pap smear and hormonal tests.
