Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!

I would like to suggest dietary and life style changes in order to low your blood triglycerides and cholesterol levels.
- First of all increase physical activity.
- Reduce cholesterol intake by reducing meat (especially red meat) milk, eggs ect.
- Reduce alcohol intake.

If dietary and life style changes aren't enough to low cholesterol levels than medical therapy is necessary.

In such a case I would like to suggest starting atorvastatin.

Hope this was of help!
