Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
Recetly My Sister undergone Thyroid Test attached the results of the same.could you please let me know if we need to take any precautions or results are under normal Range.
This month my sister periiod did not star its already 20 days over but still period has not started so doctor suggested to undergo this TSH test
Could you please let us know if TSH has any relation with period.

Before Starting any medication do we need to repeat the test once again.My sister has no symptoms related to Thyroid only thing is that this month she did not get period this month does that mean she is having Thyroid?.
Please let us know in order to get accurate results does TSH test should be done in Empty stomach or its ok at any time.

Hello dear,
You can repeat the test before starting the medicines .It should be done empty stomach.
Sometimes there is no symptoms of hypothyroidism.
She should take iodized salt,avoid potatoes, cauliflower and reddish.
Do some yoga and gym.
