What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: I had a semen analysis done in 2015 because at the time it was over a year of trying to concieve. The semen analysis came back that I was at 47 million, with 60% mobility however my testosterone level was at 167 and the doctor noticed varicocele. He told me not to worry about it the sperm being normal was all that mattered. I have since been very discouraged and still no pregnancy. Could my testosterone have made my sperm count drop ?

Your semen analysis is excellent.

You don't need any treatment.

Testosterone and varicocele are not any reason to worry as long as the semen analysis report is normal.

Please get HSG (hysterosalpingogram) done for your wife to assess fallopian tubes patency.
