What Does My Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am Mr XXXX from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Today I had my Lipid Profile test and the result are as under
a) SGOT - 100
b) SGPT - 148
c) Globulin - 3.6
They are all above the normal range. So please help me what to do next?
