Brief Answer:
Maybe haemorrhoids or internal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your reports. As you have mentioned, hemoglobin is low and for males usually it is pathological. There can be various causes such as haemorrhoids, internal bleeding/infections or cancer. Your other reports are normal hence cancer is unlikely.

You to take tab. orofer once daily, after food for a month and repeat Hemoglobin. I would also suggest you to get a stool for occult blood test to rule out hemorroids or internal bleeding.

Take one dose of tab. albendazole 400 mg, for intestinal infection.

In case your symptoms persists or worsen it is best to meet your physician for a detailed examination and treatment.

I hope this answered your query.
