Question: Sir (This is for Dr XXXXXXX Kapoor)

I have done the tests as per your advice , at present i have started taking neugaba 150mg at night and also paroxetine 12.5mg for my depression and anxiety , i also take a multivitamin in the morning , iam getting very good relief with neugaba , my post fasting blood sugar is low at times i have not consulted any doctor this , pls go through my reports and advice accordingly , also kindly help me to manage my medication as neugaba causes drowsiness and i can only take at bed time and since i work on rigs , i have to be ok during my workshift , also is neugaba addictive and cause ED Problems
Iam unable to upload the reports even though they are in PDF Format and less than 2GB

The attached nerve conduction report is abnormal showing sensorimotor axonal neuropathy.
Blood sugar and Thyroid profile are normal.
Detailed investigations is required for evaluation.
Follow up and visit a neurologist for evaluation.
Is there any history of toxin exposure, alcohol intake, bony pains?
Pregabalin dose can be reduced to 75 or 100 mg.
Get back with details.
