Brief Answer:
No need to worry much if no other features

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Without any other clinical features, if the enzymes raised upto 2 times the normal, no need to worry much. Since there is slight increase in liver enzymes no need for any concern for now. But if you develop any other associated clinical features hen needs to investigate for the cause.

Try to avoid medications if not absolute necessary. You can continue low dose aspirin if no other contraindications.

I hope this information helps you and answered your concern.
Feel free to ask for any further query and I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.

Regards
