Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

You should know that colposcopy is a test used to examine the cervix and identify abnormal cells on the cervix and usually could find sexually transmitted infections such as Human Papilloma Virus and yeast infection.

Yes the presence of swollen lymph node suggest more than a HPV infection.
Usually other STI could cause swollen lymph nodes like gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis and other infectios not related with STI.

Please could you tell me exactly where are located this swollen lymph node in your body?

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcare magic. I am sorry for my late response.

Based on the new above mentioned data I think that swollen lymph nodes for years have not relation with HSV1 and HSV2 and other STI.

When you say all infections you mean all STI (except HSV) and not TB etc?

It is a good news that your cbc blood test is normal and the STI tests are negative. But in this situation it is recommended to do a biopsy of lymph node in order to define better the diagnosis and to exclude some pathology like latent extra-pulmonary TB, malignancy etc.

You should know that you need only a blood test (serology for HSV 1+2 IgG) to detect if you are infected with herpes simplex virus or not.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you good health. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
