Brief Answer:
It is nonspecific finding.Increase in polymorphs indicates acute infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
What you were noticed was the percentage of Lymphocyte count only. It is not the absolute lymphocyte count. As per this percentage your absolute lymphocyte count is more than 3000 cells/cu.mm. It is more than normal.
Because you are having an acute Urinary tract infection, body will produce more Polymorphs (neutrophils) to tackle the infection. When the percentage one cell is increase naturally the percentage of other cells will show a lower percentage. Increase in Polymorphs once again confirms that you are having an acute infection and not a chronic infection. Moreover these reports are supporting the other investigations and we can not go by this alone to arrive at a diagnosis or a treatment.

Brief Answer:
Lymphopenia alone is not a sign for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Decrease in lymphocyte count alone can not be a sign for HIV. When your test for were HIV negative, it is not indicating HIV. Prostatitis you can undergo periodic prostatic massage which will relieve the symptoms faster along with antibiotics.
