Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through the long report.

I find these are abnormal
1) HbA1c is more than 7, the current guidelines ask to aim it below 5.8
2) Low VIt D levels denoting deficiency
3) hsCRP is elevated might be a sign of inflammation somewhere in the body.
4) Total WBC count is elevated could be infection and thus inflammation and hence high hsCRP.
5) Serum Iron is low one other reason for inflammation

I suggest you to see an Internal MEdicine Specialist with this report.

Although there is nothing serious but definitely a warning signal in term of common ailments at this age namely cholesterol, Low VItamin D, Impaired glucose tolerance. Had you mention your weight and BMI, we could take it further.

So the next thing to meet an Internal Medicine Specialist for managing low Iron, Low Vitamin D and improper glucose control and A Dietitian for proper diet plan. You should set small goals and try to achieve them.

Hope this helps
