Brief Answer:
Also try non pharmacological measures.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

Firstly don't be anxious and stressed out as these will aggravate your symptoms further.

I advise you to follow some non pharmacological methods along with your present medication.

These include exercising,losing weight,stopping smoking,curbing alcohol intake.

I also advise you to take L Arginine and DHEA capsules once a day for 3 months.

NOTE:These drugs should be taken under strict prescription of your doctor.

Try the above along with your present medication.

You can use Ovestin cream and Premis 5 but try to avoid using them often as hormol derivatives always have side effects.

So long term use is not preferable.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.

Stop smoking oak

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

The impaired sexual drive is strongly related to smoking oak.

This wood is known to impair sexual desire to a a large extent.

Yes HRT would certainly be a good option in your case.

Topical estrogen will also help.

Likewise regular physical exercise in the form brisk walk for half an hour will help.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
