Brief Answer: diagnostic laparoscopy needed Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic. This HSG report is suggestive of some distortion of the distal opening of the tube causing partial blockage and thus containment of the XXXXXXX This deviation from normal can at times lead to inability to conceive because of altered tubo-ovarian relationship. In my practice I advise such patients to get diagnostic laparoscopy done which can tell me the exact nature of problem with the tubes and can CURE the problem there and then if possible. I hope I have cleared the situation to you but in case you have any query I will be happy to help.

Dear XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Thankyou very much for your immediate response. What may be the reasons for this issue , is it possible to cure this problem , if yes what are the things need to be done . But 2years back she got the pregment , due to abnormal growth , the delivery was done in 7th month & then from last two years she dont have any positive results for pregnency. due to this problem is there any less chances to conceive or it is not possible . Brief Answer: curable, fair chances of pregnancy Detailed Answer: Hi dear, it is a very positive point in your history that she has already conceived once so there are good chances for her to bear a child again. Reasons behind this status of her tubes can be several but most common is some subclinical infection of genital tract in past. In my opinion there are fair chances of pregnancy but still not like normal females so further evaluation in the form of diagnostic laparoscopy is of Paramount importance. As far as cure is concerned, I would advice her - diagnostic laparoscopy - ovulation induction with follicular study - regular intercourse in mid cycle I wish her the best of health and good luck. Take care.
