Question: My Mother is 61 years old. We just got her health checkup done. Wanted to know whether there is anything wrong with her Heart. Full Report and ECG is attached. Pleae suggest if we should see a Cardiologist? Also what all parameters seems to be wrong as per the reports? And if you can advise any medication / Diet to bring down LDL Cholestrol and increase Good Cholestrol.

Brief Answer:
Most of the report are normal, will suggest some additional tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I went through all the reports in detail

The first thing I will like to ask is why you went for the checkup, were there symptoms like chest heaviness, breathlessness on exertion, or was it a routine check up.
Now the kidney, liver, blood could, urine test are all normal and treatment for same.
Thyroid is borderline, but no treatment for same at present. However do repeat the report after 6 months to 1 year at your convenience
Lipid profile is again borderline deranged, however if no risk factors I wouldn't give any medication for the same. Exercise for 30-45 mins per day, cut oil ghee, fried and Preserved food. Switch to olive oil. If non vegetarian no red meat, egg yellow, atleast 2 servings of fish per week

Now ecg has minor changes, but they are common in normal people particularly females. But at 61 I don't think it's enough for cardiac evaluation. I would suggest you get a stress test and 2d echo done for her. If normal no need for cardiac evaluation

Her sugars are just borderline, here I will suggest you get Hba1c, which is 3 months average sugar to be done. If borderline atleast we can change diet so drugs will not be needed in future
