Question: hi what is means?this is bad please i need help this nroml? my sister she done ct scan for her brain there is long standing dilatation of the left lateral ventricle with volume loss in the left hemispheric white matter consistent with a previous cerebral insult these changes are similar to the previous MRI of april 2014 there is asymmetric dilatation of the frontal sinuses the left more dilated than the right possibly due to the left hemispheric changes long standing volume loss in the left cerebral hemisphere with a dilated left lateral ventricle with a perinatal insult
