Brief Answer:
Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now please note that Hemoglobin count is a part of CBC only, and with a PCV of 28, it can't be labelled as 'normal' , also an isolated SGPT doesn't carry much significance and the whole liver function assay is required for evaluation..

Please let me know -

1. What was the previous hemoglobin count prior to dengue ? Do you have any record of it ?

2. How many times CBC were done during the dengue and afterwards.. please Upload/attach the complete reports so that I can take a detailed look at them..

3. Please upload clear snapshots of all the Investigation reports which have been done so far (preferably sequentially as per the time sequence when they're done) along with the doctor's prescription so that I can take a detailed look at them to advice more specifically..

4. Also let me know, were you feeling weak particularly after dengue, or was this present before also.. you should note the low hemoglobin of 9.9 is enough to make any individual feeling weak, it's good that you've started taking iron pills, since when are you taking this ?

5. Was there any bleeding episodes during the dengue- reddish color urine/ reddish or blackish motion/ nose bleed/ gum bleed/ red patches over skin/conjunctiva of the eyes ?

6. Any other problems ?

7. what all tests have been done to assess the anemia (low hemoglobin), any iron profile/ peripheral blood smear/ reticulocyte count done prior to start the hemoglobin medications ? if yes, please upload them too..

Awaiting for the details....

Take Care
Kind Regards
