Brief Answer:
It indicates renal calyx and pelvis dilatation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Mild bilateral renal pelvicalyceal fullness means that there was a little dilatation of pelvis and calyx region of both kidneys( region of kidney which collects urine). It is not a serious finding. It may be due to many reasons like calculus, reflux, normal variation etc.

It is important to know your clinical findings and reasons for investigations.

Followup USG is required to assess its progression or resolution.
If dilatation becomes more pronounced then you should consult urologist. You may require further investigations.

Hope i have answered your query.

Please find detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Back pain may be due to some other reasons. It should be investigated. It may be due to disc prolapse, low calcium level, hypothyroidism etc.

Mildly dilated pelcvicalyceal system is unlikely to cause severe abdominal and back pain.
You need proper evaluation.

Rest of the ultrasound findings are normal,so it excludes causes like renal calculus etc.
