Brief Answer:
Good HDL/LDL ratio

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

Cholesterol reduction strategies depend on risk factor. If there is a high risk sometime there is a need to reduce cholesterol levels even above the normal ranges.
In your case your total cholesterol is elevated but you have good HDL/LDL ratio, which is good.

For calculating your risk I will need
1. whether you smoke
2. do you have hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetes melitus, chronic kidney disease, previous heart attack or stroke
3. if you are overweight
4. whether you have strong heredity for cardiovascular diseases
