I tested today because I wasn't feeling well , I still took it even though I am still bleeding. I tested positive with a darker 2nd line then it did the first time? Am I pregnant? Brief Answer:
Please go to the ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani.
I will be answering your concerns today.

Since the test is positive you are pregnant. There is no doubt about it.
The reason for the bleeding you are experiencing could be any of the following below:
1. threatened miscarriage--there is bleeding from the uterus but the pregnancy is still normal.
2. Implantation bleeding--Ovulation might have occurred later. As pregnancy is implanting into uterus there can be slight bleeding. This bleeding is usually lighter than your period. This is normal and of no concern. Sometimes it can mimic the period bleeding.
3. Ectopic pregnancy -- though rare bleeding can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy.

Since the bleeding is not heavy and not associated with cramps the bleeding in your case does not seem like spontaneous abortion ( miscarriage).
It is important to make sure about the condition of pregnancy. Therefore I advise you to go to the ER.
The doctor there will first do an ultrasound. Based on ultrasound findings you may be asked to do blood test also.
I hope this helps.
If you have further Queries, do write to me. I will be happy to answer
