Brief Answer:
No need to worry at present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

I have gone through your query.

In your case it is only mild thickening of bladder wall with Varicocele Grade I. Urine analysis including cytology is normal. There is no need to be worried about the findings. However, I would suggest you to go for review Ultrasound after 6 months.

Severe Bladder wall thickening is mostly seen as cancer but it is accompanied by various factors like History of smoking, environmental exposures, diet, old age etc. Also there is increased frequency of urination or blood in urine.

Regarding Varicocele, if it is causing any discomfort or problem, visit a local surgeon for clinical examination and repair if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
