What Does Absence Of Cardiac Activity During 8 Weeks Of Gestation Indicate?

Question: hai doctor,
i am 33 yr old .my last Lmp was 22 april 2015.we did the u/s on 6 july 2015 and it shows abnormal; no baby and no cardiac activity.gestational sac look like 8 wks and 4 days.until that time i dont have no bleeding and spotting but last night i started some spotting like brown colour.july 6 they checked my hcg level it is 7000 or 70000 am not sure about but doctor said you are still pregnant.I dont know what happen ?the baby is live or?could you pls give reply .thank you.

hai there is any rest needed.this is my second miscarriage at same11 wks.now there is any hope no more heavy bleeding in next wk.if it happen when i can get nxt pregnant.
