Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Under left rib there is a part of large intestine and a part of stomach. Issues of both organs can give such symptoms. Stomach issues (like peptic ulcer) give pain which starts after a meal. Nausea and burping can be present along with chest burning. Large intestine issues (like diverticulitis or colon cancer) give bloating, constipation and/or diarrhea, blood in stool, mucus in stool. Depending of which issues is more probable you should have gastroscopy (for stomach diagnostics) or colonoscopy (for large intestine diagnostics).
