Brief Answer:
Node , herniation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It could be a cyst. But based on the location, size and description of the growth, its more likely to be an enlarged lymph node. Other possibilities like a hernia should always be ruled out by performing a proper physical exam.
