Brief Answer:
Almost no chance of pregnancy. blood beta HCG will be of help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

As you had taken i pill within 3 hours of unprotected sex act, it helps to prevent pregnancy in most of the cases. So chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
This kind of emergency contraceptive pills work best to prevent the pregnancy if taken within 24 to72 hours of unprotected sex act.

The unusual bleeding pattern that you have experienced can be due to withdrawal bleeding of i pill. These pills are known to have erratic withdrawal bleeding pattern. It can be heavy or scanty bleeding , it can be early or delayed bleeding.

Anyway , if you want to rule out dilemma about pregnancy, as you have history of irregular cycles, I will suggest you to get blood beta HCG test done; 10 to 15 days after your last unprotected sex act.
Values below 5 indicate non pregnant status. Values above 25 confirm pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please take time to rate this answer and write about helpfulness of the answer.
I will highly appreciate it.
Thanks.
