Hello,
The above results described suggestive of hypothyroidism.

Usually it has an autoimmune origin but it should be confirmed with;
- Anti-TPO antibodies and antiTg antibodies.

These antibodies attack the thyroid gland and destroy it, as a result the thyroid does not produce enough hormone and it should be substituted by taking it orally.

Levothyroxine should be started ( 50 mcg in the mornimg) and after 6 weeks TSH should be rechecked to see if the dose is correct.
