What Does "An Irregular Follicle Measuring 11*11mm Is Noted" Mean?

Question: Hi. I have gone through USG trans vaginal scan. report says Right ovary - An irregular follicle measuring 11*11mm is noted - Ruptured follicle. what does it mean. Im i fertile or infertile?

1. Follicle seems to have ruptured. That is the reason your report says ruptured.

2. Ruptured follicle means it has become dominant size and ruptured to release an egg.

3. This means you are fertile and this is best time to try for pregnancy since follicle is ruptured and egg is released.

but i am just curious to know as why did they mention indication as infertile in the attachment which i have sent you.. my last period was 10th of oct. Am i still fertile ?

I have one more question if you dont mind. Im trying to conceive since 1yr but i didnot.. what more test do i need to undergo.. i went for blood sugar test, TSH, ESR and everything came out normal. and may i know the chances of getting pregnant soon..
