Brief Answer:
Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
The A1c of 7 % is still considered at target as per the latest XXXXXXX Diabetes Association (ADA) guidelines (of 6.5% to 7 %)

However, expert clinicians who specialize in diabetes will tell you that it is not just the goal that is important but also how you reach the goal. This means that if your A1c of 6.2% in Fab 2014 was at the expense of frequent low glucose reactions then it was not worth achieving. As a corollary if your current A1c of 7% is with minimal to no hypoglycemia then it is well worth it. Further caveats of the A1c include the fact that it is an average of 3 months, so if one has wide fluctuations from high to low glucoses, the A1c can still potentially fall in the target range.

Regarding the liver enzymes, there is a condition called Fatty liver which is fairly common in people with diabetes. Talk to your endocrinologist / gastro enterologist and further evaluation may well be in order such as ultrasound of the liver and hepatitis panels. Some medications may have to be stopped or adjusted temporarily too.
