Question: Hello, i have a question about my MRI scan of the spinal cord. I like a neurologist or radiologist to look at the images to see if there are any abnormalities of the spinal cord due to vitamine b12 deficienty or if there are any other irregularities due to other illnesses. Dear Dr N. XXXXXXX

Thank you so much for your answer. I really appreaciate it!
I have uploaded to more new files. I'm still concerned about the white dot as seen in the axial image in docnew at page 16-20. What can it be? I also took a snapshot of one image. Can you explane this picture of the spine or is this just normal. I still have backpain as well as the neurophaty (pins amd needles in feet/legs.) Although im feeling much better than month ago. Thank you so much doctor XXXXXXX
Best regards

Brief Answer:
Continue treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the new uploaded image.
The hyperintensity is not characteristic of vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Mild changes may be present due to ageing of even with vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Continue same treatment regime.
Improvement is gradual but will be complete.
Wishing you good health and early recovery Regards
