Brief Answer:
TSH is low, please consult doctor and get detailed thyroid testing done

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Sugar is 70 mg/ dL and is random sugar level. This is at lower limit of normal value. Normal values are considered from 70 to 145 mg/ dL. There is no concern about this.

2. The TSH value is 0.070 mIU/ L and this is much below normal. The normal level is 0.34 to 5.0 mIU/ L.

3. Probably you have a hyperactive thyroid gland causing hyperthyroidism. You have to get your thyroid function tests done completely. This includes free T3 and T4 levels.

4. If hyperthyroidism is confirmed then you have to take medicine. Foods do not help much however you should take foods having calcium like milk.

5. Please consult a doctor immediately and get detailed clinical examination and testing done.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
There is a nothing serious but you have to consult a surgeon and get complete investigations done for suspected over activity of thyroid gland. Your doctor might suggest an ultrasound scan of thyroid to know if the thyroid gland is normal in appearance.

2. If you do not consult doctor right now then it can become a problem in future. Please get tested and investigated within 15 days.

3. The multivitamin gold A to Z is safe and there is no side effect if you take it regularly.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
