Brief Answer:
Target your BP less than 140/90

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
As i understand from your history -you are having high blood pressure and you are on Telsar Beta.once you start BP medicine you should regularly monitor it,you should aim it below 140/90. TelsarBeta contains 2 diff medicines and yet your BP is 170/90.That means you need to focus on life style changes and you should add one more medicine chlorthalidone in consultation with your treating doctor to get your BP to less than 140/90.your mild headache and sleep disturbances may be due to high BP.
your cholesterol 202 and LDL 136 is on higher side for which you should avoid fatty food and monitor them after 3 months.Your cholesterol should be below 150 and LDL should be below 100.
you should go for daily brisk walk for 30 minutes, avoid undue stress.Yoga and meditaiton will also help getting near to BP and cholesterol target.
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
