Brief Answer:
mild increase, non alcoholic fatty liver most common cause

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned about any value outside of the normal range.

From the above, only the ALT is abnormal and the increase is mild.

Based on the fact that the AST, alk phos, proteins( made in the liver) and bilirubin is normal , can conclude that the liver is essentially still working well since these would all normally become abnormal with significant problems

The most common reason for an increase in ALT is non alcoholic fatty liver disease. This is the build up of fat in the liver due to diet and decrease activity.
The fat can continue to increase and may cause inflammation of the liver.

IN some cases, this can go on to cirrhosis of the liver.
Treatment involves diet changes, activity and a statin if needed.

Other causes are: (1) alcohol
(2)infection
(3) side effect of medication
(4) trauma
(5) thyroid disease
(6)hematochromatosis- iron build up in organs including the liver

Imaging of the liver would give more information as to the cause.

At this stage, if it is fatty liver, treatment would consist of the liver style changes mentioned and monitoring the level of changes

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
