Brief Answer:
High lymphocytes and WBC count is consistent with infectious mononucleosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Infectious mononucleosis is characterised by increase in lymphocytes.
Elevated WBC count and increased number of lymphocytes is consistent with infectious mononucleosis.
However, these values should go back to normal once the infection is over.
A platelet count of 403 is within range.

Infectious mononucleosis is a viral infection caused by Epstein Barr virus (EBV), thus Ig G antibodies are expected to be high.
Ig G antibodies are high in case of past infections.

Vitamin D level of 23 indicates vitamin D insufficiency and vitamin D supplements are required.

If you any further queries, I will be glad to answer.
