Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us,
The reports of your mother suggest that she is suffering from hypothyroidism(TSH-8.93) and increase in lipase level (88.7) which may be due to

1)pancreatic infections
2) gall bladder infection.
3)kidney infection
4)kidney stones
5)extreme over weight
6)increased cholesterol.
In this case it might be due to hypothyroidism also.
In your mother's case if I was her treating doctor I would suggest an ultrasound abdomen to rule out the actual cause of increase in lipase.
For Hypothyroidism she can be put on levothyroxine which is available only on prescription by a doctor. Thus, you may obtain a prescription from your local doctor for tablet levothyroxine.
Hope you understood about the condition.
If you have any further doubts/ queries, you may get back to me.
Take care
