Brief Answer:
Yes this should be sufficient; also follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
From the test results, your total WBC count as well as differential count seems to be a bit higher than normal. Also you have symptoms like cough etc. There is presence of more than normal pus cells in your urine. All these point towards a general as well as urinary infection.
Your doctor has prescribed you medicine which should be enough to combat the infection. I would also suggest the following-
Avoiding cold or chilled food and drink.
Take plenty of water per orally.
Take urine alkaliser daily for 7-10 days.
You can take any multivitamin syrup or tablets available to you. Alongwith take healthy diet rich in fruits and fresh vegetables and avoid rich and spicy food.

Hope this was useful.
You can consult me for any further query.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Relax; follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Hand tremor or shaking has got many reasons, the most common being tension or anxiety. Dont be anxious, relax and approach every work with confidence. There can be several other causes like diabetes, electrolyte disbalance, generalised weakness etc. Neurological causes may also be there.
I would suggest you to get a blood sugar, sodium potassium calcium done. Consult me with the reports. For now, healthy diet and multivitamins should be helpful if you feel you are out of energy.
To exclude neurological causes, a proper clinical examination by a doctor is required.

Hope this was useful.
Regards.
