Brief Answer:
X-ray findings of spine are suggestive of age related degenerative changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through father findings in detail.

X-ray findings of spine are suggestive of age related degenerative changes.
These are expected findings in all persons with aging.
Osteophytes are bony outgrowths in vertebra and it develops due to chronic pull on annulus fibrosis.
There is also mild reduction in inter-vertebral disc spaces.

Chest X-rays shows diffuse congestion. It need clinical correlation. It may be due to many reasons like infection, heart problem etc.
He may need to take antibiotics.

Serum vitamin D level is also low.He may need vitamin D supplementation weekly for eight weeks. Then vitamin D can be taken once a month for 6-8 months. He should expose himself to sunlight for brief period at least 5 mins daily.
He should also take calcium supplementation.
He can take calcium rich diet like milk etc.

Other blood findings are normal.Findings suggests normal hemogram(normal hemoglobin,WBC,platelet).
Blood sugar level is also normal.

In short, his findings are manageable.Back pain can be managed by medicines and physiotherapy.

He should take prescribed medicines regularly.
