Question: had CT scan 2 wks. Indicated concussion and old stroke back in May. MRI Results: Possible 4.6 mm white matter focus of increased signal in pond, left of
Midline

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail and attached pictures.

These changes represent earlier insults to brain.

As of now, they are quiescent .

At this point, it's very important to keep your blood pressure and blood sugars under control to prevent subsequent stroke attacks.

Additionally, I would advise you to take daily oral pills of anti platelet and anti lipid medications to prevent further brain lesions.

For this you need to consult both your cardiologist and Neurologist for further expert management.
