What Do Negative Pregnancy Test And Spotting Instead Of Periods Suggest?

Question: I am 24. I am not pregnant, pregnancy test comes negative. Last month I get my period just for 1 day but this month I just get few brown color blood spots. It never happend before. What it could be??
Is this a matter of concern.
What medicine should I take to have get periods? Is proveria 10 mg is OK??

I can understand your concerns,

Dear,I would advise you to repeat pregnancy test because implantation bleeding sometimes appears as spotting on the same date.

If it comes negative then I will advise you to go for pelvic ultrasound to rule out PCOS.Also you should go for thyroid profile test,serum prolactin.

You can take provera10mg to get periods but first do confirm there is no pregnancy.consult with your gynecologist for above mentioned test.
