Brief Answer:
Your reports indicate you have high risks....

Detailed Answer:
Your reports are deranged. Both your cholesterol and triglyceride are way off the optimal range. Such values are considered as high risks for future cardiovascular disease.

If I were to be your treating doctor, I will start you on combination of statin + fenofibrate medicine and recommend a strict diet - life style change. You should see your physician and get those medicines started.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
No specific recommendations...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From the details provided, I do not have any specific recommendations. Your physician perhaps will suggest few more investigations like ECG, stress ECG, echocardiogram, ultrasound scan, homocysteine level and so on based on your complete medical history and physical examination findings.

I will urge you to visit a physician to start medications and for detailed evaluation.

I will be available for second opinion after your doctor's visit.

Regards
